moving

its crazy, i never thought i would be the one in my family to be moving but its true. We are moving to arizona in 2 weeks. Jeff has a great oppertunity for a job and we couldnt pass it up. its scary and exciting and i think will be a great thing for us. we have talked about wanting to move and try something new but now that its here its a little scary, but like i said exciting.

surprise 60th birthday party

my dad just turned 60 yesterday and my mom wanted to give him a surprise party and i must admit it turned out great. i think he really was surprised and that doesnt happen much to him. it was fun to see everyone there and talk. i cant believe he is 60 cause that also means that we are getting older too and im just not ready for that.

birthdays at pirate island

it is jakes and my dads birthday this week and natalie decided to just have the party at pirate island. it was really fun. the kids had a blast and almost the whole family was there which hasnt happened in a while so it was good to see everyone, and pirate island is a great place for birthdays.
